Delete your account

ScanSlate includes permanent account deletion directly in the mobile app.

Delete in the app

1. Open ScanSlate and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open the Account panel from the top-right profile button.
3. Select Delete account and confirm the security prompt.

What is deleted

The process deletes the Firebase account, cloud document records, private PDF backups, folders, settings, and ScanSlate documents stored locally on that device. Store transaction records controlled by Apple or Google are retained according to their legal and financial requirements.

Delete documents without deleting your account

1. Open ScanSlate and sign in.
2. Open the document library and select the document to remove.
3. Select Delete and confirm. The document, its cloud record, and any private PDF backup are removed.

You can repeat these steps for any document while keeping your ScanSlate account. You can also contact support to request deletion of specific cloud documents.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@vizodahub.com and request account deletion. Include the email address used for ScanSlate. Do not send passwords, document images, or payment details. Identity verification may be required before deletion.
